“These croissant were delicious! I even made a FB post and suggested that everyon who loves great croissants should order some. The first "real" croissant I ever had was 40 years ago on a cruise ship. They were on a groaning midnight buffet and of all the choices, that's all I ate. I ordered croissants and butter with coffee every morning at breakfast the entire week. I live in a very tiny southern town and croissants just were not a thing. Even now, he closest bakery is 45 miles away. So when I had to have one, I bought then from the grocery deli and I would heat them in my toaster oven. They were tolerable. Then, for some reason, the grocery store ones got worse. They were gooey inside, soggy outside, and I gave up. UNTIL these from McKenzie! They were buttery and flaky. As they baked, the little layers would seperate and create crispy flakes around the outside. I can bake a couple at a time and have freash, hot croissants anytime I want them! And the chocolate! Both are heaven! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
