“The Lamb Crown Roast was fantastic and anyone that wrote a lesser review doesn't know how to cook like the person that complained the dressing was too mushy. Probably baked it together rather than seperate. You are in charge of the result of the stuffing and don't overcook the lamb. It should be close to rare. The only thing I noted was that you suggested service for 12. That's a petite serving, but for four, it was great.”
