“This was so easy I was afraid it would be a disappointment. But I simply rubbed the lamb with olive oil and a few herbs and baked as directed. It was perfectly cooked and delicious! One of our dinner guests even said it was the best holiday meal he's ever had. Easily feeds four people. The stuffing was good. I can't eat nuts so I didn't have any, but the guests said it was good, perhaps a little dry.”

The only question I have, the aluminum foil in the center of the roast, do you remove the foil? I did not remove the foil when the roast was cooked.

“It was really beautiful and we'd certainly try to order it again. I do wish there was a way to keep the stuffing from drying out but now that I know it's a possibility, I might try to add a bit of moisture next time. The lamb was incredible though and we've never been disappointed by the quality of the meat.”
“Although the lamb took longer than 48hours to defrost in the refrigerator, it cooked perfectly in 45 minutes and tasted delicious. The stuffing was a bit bland, but complemented the roast sufficiently.”
