“We did not care for the stuffing that came with it. It was the texture of oatmeal. One of my guests is allergic to sage. I could not find an ingredient listing to see if sage was in anything. That would have been helpful. Roast was very good!”
“I am not a cook. I have never really cooked for a large group except a limited menu. I was tasked with Christmas dinner for 12 people. The pork Crown Roast was easy, impressive presentation, and delicious. I read other reviews to see most common issue was roast not thawing completely so I pulled it out of the freezer a little earlier and gave it a couple extra days in the fridge. It was beautiful and delicious. Will definitely check out MacKenzie for my next dinner party”
“It was a beautiful meal we shared. The pork was tender and moist and it browned to perfection. The stuffing was very good, so flavorfully. I had read some of the negative reviews before I purchased this item, all I can say is I don't think those people followed the instructions. It was simple and cooked in under two hours.
