“This was straight forward to prepare and came out perfect. We separated the stuffing and served on the side to make serving more convenient. The taste was delicious and tender. This was large enough for 8 hungry diners with 2 ribs left over. I recommend it if you are confident in roasting large cuts of meat and want to impress your family or friends.”
“I cooked mine Xmas eve a Sunday this year. I took it out of freezer and placed in refrigerator on Wednesday ? Opened plastic and removed stuffing to side on Saturday. Sunday morning I luckily put on it my granite countertop as it took another 4-5 hours to completely defrost It was fabulous and guests impressed! Glad I cooked stuffing separately and only put some for presentation at carving. Made packaged pork gravy Perfect! Guests amazed and delighted!”
“Came out awesome. Does take a while to thaw completely. Just follow instructions - I started at 475 in the oven for 20 minutes to get a good sear on the outside then 325 the rest of the way until done. Very tasty!”
