“The duck leg confit was moist, tasty and fall-off-the-bone tender. What more could I ask for? Certainly shall order again. However, I believe the packaging indicated that it contained 11 servings, which would be a stretch - a really big stretch! A whole leg per person equals only 4 servings which is how we ate them, but even if we had been skimpy and only eaten a half leg per person that would equal only 8 servings. So it does tend to be a bit pricey at 4 legs = 4 servings, but eating an entire leg is not at all overindulging even when accompanied by saffron rice and asparagus. Thus, they are worth the price and we shall order again!”
