“When they say mushrooms, they mean mushrooms. If you love mushrooms like we do, you should try this. It's loaded with mushrooms. There are so many they keep falling off. There's not much of the balsamic flavor. I keep a bottle of balsamic glaze in my cupcoard and so I drizzle a bit more on this. Now I admit, I love balsamic glaze, so maybe the way they make it would be fine for others. Anyway, it's a delicious flatbread and nice for an appitizer or, as we use it, a nice, light meal with a salad.”
“These are really delicious. I drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle a Pecorino before I bake them, it enhances the flavor. My family LOVES them.
Only reason not 5 stars is because they have been arriving broken lately. I order these quite often.”
