“We have become obsessed with these tarts after our first order. We make 2 each for a delightful meal, which is enough without anything else with them. 1 tart is adequate for either a light meal by itself or if the tart is shared, then as a side. They are rich but not too rich. The mushroom flavors are a unique blend and burst with flavor, tasting more wild than the cultured mushrooms available in most markets. The crust is delicious. We now try to keep some in our freezer at all times for a quick "go to" meal when we want a special treat. Highly recommend.”
