“The shanks are meaty. A single person with an average appetite can get two meals from one shank. I would highly suggest more seasoning. These are supposed to have a portobello sauce and I have yet to see even one portobello mushroom. I must add a hefty dose of seasoning and a splash of wine to get a really good flavor.”
