“I sent Salmon en Croute as part of a Xmas gift. I thought it looked like a beautiful presentation in the catalogue & would be an easy entree to prepare. However the recipient said that after baking, the salmon was very dry and the surrounding pastry wasn’t cooked evenly throughout. The recipient was disappointed, as was I because I was a first-time Mackenzie customer, and the salmon was an expensive item. I would not re-order.”
