“This was cooked as instructed and the lamb was medium rare - perfect. In the meantime as mentioned previously the cheese filled up the roasting pan to almost overflowing. It took me 10 minutes to scoop it all out, or as much as I could to throw it away. I did not attempt to put it down the drain, whatever bits and pieces that remained in pan had to be scrubbed and then throw out the scrubbing pad. Ya know, the lamb itself was very good but the $150.00 was a huge waste of money, time and cleaning pads.”
