“This was very good and the whole family enjoyed it. It was so tender and the flavor blended so
well that it was the highlight of the meal. We may have to do this again. Thanks”
Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that the whole family enjoyed the Turducken Roast and found it to be the highlight of your meal. Your satisfaction truly warms our hearts, and we can't wait for you to experience it all over again!
“I sent this as a Christmas gift which was amazingly well received. The recipients have called friends to come have a dinner party with them since none of them have ever had Turducken. Much joy and excitement going into the dinner party planning.
I cannot rate the taste because it was a gift and the party is still in the planning.”
“Our family enjoyed this Tirducken so much at Thanksgiving that I ordered another to have around for another family dinner. Son still raving about it to his friends.”
“While the flavor of the roast was fine, we found it to be quite dry, roasted as directed. There were no drippings to make possible a savory sauce or gravy. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the roast fell apart when we attempted to slice it, even though we let it settle for 15 minutes. Thin slices were impossible, so we and our guests ended up with thick chunks of the turducken on our plates. The dressings between layers were OK, but not particularly flavorful. Overall, we were disappointed.”
“I applied maple syrup, salt, and pepper to the top of the thawed roast before I baked it with the foil covering. It took 2.5 hours at 350 to get it to 165+ with the meat thermometer. It then was cooked another 30 minutes without the foil and then rested 20 minutes before we cut into it. I fell apart a bit as we moved it from the pan to a serving plate but it was very moist and tasted vey good with a bit of spice with the rice. It got good reviews at our table and was well received by everyone.”
“I followed the instructions to the letter, and when I went to carve the turduscken, it simply fell into a pile of dry meat and rice. I would not order the turducken again.”
