“Have ordered Turducken many times previously; this time, it was just not quite as good as usual. I think there was more rice in the layers and less meat; the product was somewhat dry. Will be ordering something else next time. Mackenzie is overall a very good place for holiday meal items, but this time the turducken was just not quite at the top of my list.”
“The turducken is surprisingly good! The wild rice between the layers of meat is a great compliment, providing moisture and flavor. I personally like turkey and chicken but am not as much a fan of duck, but the duck meat doesn’t have a strong gamey taste. All the meat textures work together. My family really enjoyed it.”
