“I prepared these according to the instructions on the package, but my 350 oven didn't brown/crisp them in the suggested time. DIdn't want to dry them out so I finished them under the broiler for barely a minute each side. Then upon first taste they seemed pretty bland, so I did a quick stovetop sauce with lemon juice, white wine, and capers. When served with the sauce, these cutlets were pretty good. They aren't exceptional, but they were very tender and we enjoyed them. I would probably reorder sometime to have on hand in the freezer. Might be fun to try parmesana-style and with other sauces.”

The 4 Pack is a great option. The individual pieces are generously sized, well-seasoned and very tasty. The pieces can be taken out of the freezer and cooked immediately in a pre-heated oven, either individually or utilizing whatever number is needed.
