“I’ve had a number of retractable reels, most recently Hozelock brand. They all failed and couldn’t be repaired. THIS unit is fantastic in comparison. Quality is evident in the retract mechanism as well as the hose itself. Most importantly, it’s repairable and parts are sold by the OEM. I’m very impressed with this unit and will buy several more.”
“The reel is fine. Everything I expected it to be, but the customer service is woeful. Multiple attempts to contact the company to answer questions must have fallen into some very deep, very dark hole. Would I do business with this company again. I would not. Supporting your product is just as important as building a good product.”

“After 6 months of use I have really enjoyed the quality of this hose and its retractable mechanism. The only issue I have had was feeding back in; it all goes to one side if I’m reeling far away but it’s much of an improvement from fighting with hoses in the ground. I am satisfied with this unit and hope to get many years of service.”
“I ordered 2 via invoice number S46406-01. The first reel worked great, the 2nd one did not.. The hose started spinning back and I heard a pop.. There was a part laying on the grass. I would like to return and ship a new one out.. Call me with any questions. Paul 317-403-8395”
