“I ordered 2 via invoice number S46406-01. The first reel worked great, the 2nd one did not.. The hose started spinning back and I heard a pop.. There was a part laying on the grass. I would like to return and ship a new one out.. Call me with any questions. Paul 317-403-8395”

“Seems like nice quality, I have a few 50’ and 82’ and the only downside is you have to torque the spring on every 82’ that I’ve bought because it doesn’t retract strong enough, even directly out of the box. They come with instructions how to do so, it’s pretty easy.”
