“These Latex Free Resistance Bands are a superb buy. Using isometrics to tone muscle & posture, these are so simple to use but so good for you with many different ways to exercise for different parts of the body. I'm using them twice a day at the moment and when you first start using them you know you've done something too! If you're starting out then get the 'light' ones as they provide quite enough resistance. Recommended.”

“I am a Pilates and Postural Stability instructor and I decided to try out one of the Meglio resistance bands a few months ago. I have tried a number of different resistance bands before, but I can honestly say the Meglio bands are definitely my favourites, as they are latex free (great for my clients with latex allergies) and also they don’t have that smell that a lot of the bands have. There are a good variety of different strengths. You can buy them in two different lengths, or as a roll. I buy the 2 metre band, as these are great for my taller clients and perfect for a wide range of exercises. They’re just the right width as well. My clients are starting to order them too, as they also prefer these to other bands they have used before. I will definitely be ordering more!!”
