“I am a Personal Trainer and have been using the Meglio bands with all my clients for the past two years, to ensure they strengthen up their gluteal muscles. The Meglio bands are strong, durable and latex free and are possibly the most effective piece of equipment that all my clients can buy at low cost. I make sure each client has their own Meglio band so they can follow a daily glute programme. As a result they no longer suffer with knee, ankle and back problems which can often be caused by weak glutes and tight hip flexors. Unlike other brands, the Meglio bands do not loose their elasticity and keep their shape, despite daily use. They also come in different strengths, so are good for rehabilitation and well as building strength.”
