“very disappointed when I saw the box arrive, it was in a melon box, but did not seem to be the protected or reinforce box that the last order came in which protected my two hats and insured, they laid nicely upon one another and didn’t turn or tumble. This box was bent into the corners and when I opened it, the two Hydro light calves were upside down, not sitting nicely upon one another with the caddy cap lying across both of them unfortunately since the box was so loose, they were able to toss and turn all the way to Florida. I paid extra for expedited shipping and I saw that the melon protective box was added. These are not cheap hats and it’s just very disappointing to see them arrive with such lack of care for the purchaser you would think seeing a customer order three more hats than the last time would indicate a loyal customer. I hope someone reaches out to help rectify this situation because I plan on ordering more hats and hope this was just a one time mistake.”

I notice that both hats dont fit the same though oddly. One is much tighter than the other.
