“I bought the tip top AI Navigator. Works fine on flat grass and pavement, but the photos make it look far wider and stable than it actually is. Mine has tipped over 4X so far, the latest being when the buggy approached a small dirt-to-concrete lip of no more than 1.25 inches. The anti-tip wheelie wheel doesn't really assist in many situations, it simply isn't long enough. Another treat? I have learned that when my buggy tips over, some sensor must tell the wheels to go full throttle. I need to film it when it happens and send it to MGI. It makes a bad situation far worse. One tip-over was near a sand trap, and not on really uneven terrain. I play at a Denver City Course so no mountain terrain or anything like that. Yep, started to tip, and went into full launch mode. My stuff ended up packed with sand, including my phone and phone holder, which now hardly will open or close until I can get all of the sand cleared out. Is the thing cool and does it so what it says? Yes, on very flat terrain. A couple of fellow club members have the same issue. They like their buggy, except for, like me, tipping over 4X in 36 holes. For close to $2K, I wish I would have looked closer at the specs as far as width, etc.”
“Use the cart twice and love the way it steers and stops. Used in on a hill no tipping over and it stopped and stay in place on the hill. A little concern with the battery fully charged and only have 30% left after 18 holes of golf.”
“Not having to push a cart is great. I'm hoping my experience with the MGI GPS improves. The 36 hole battery is only getting me through 18 and even then I'm near the bottom of power. The cart pulls left. No matter how I load it any attempt to turn, using the remote control, pulls excessively to the left, even somewhat when turning right. I'm thinking a service center might be the next step if I can find one close by.”
“Received my AI Feb18 2025, Iv'e walked 6 rounds since. This device is 100% time better than a push/pull cart. I have one of those large wheel push carts, when walking a round my last 3-6 hole suffer. Not having to push/pull a cart, I have had no fatigue for the entirety of the round. My first 2 round at different courses I checked the distance on the GPS to my laser; there was never difference greater than 4 yards. Haven't used my laser since. The best golf purchase I've made other than getting lesson!!!”
“I took the plunge with the Ai navigator GPS a couple of days ago. I’d looked at other brands and decided to pay that little bit extra for the GPS. This wasn’t available on the ones that follow you. I used it for the first time today and oh my word it was brilliant. Easy to use, stable and the battery life was spot on, being over 70% after 18 holes.
Being UK based I got a few funny looks because I didn’t have the usual hedgehog type winter wheels, which don’t seem to be available here? I’ve had suggestions regarding a solution but I don’t want to cause any damage and invalidate my warranty. Winter wheels, or effective solution is a must in my opinion.”
