Customer service was great, very helpful! But the henna just leaves orange dots and the fade super fast. And yes, i followed instructions provided. But they dont darken or stick, nut even after 12 hours of wear or after 23-48hrs without a shower. So I got a henna pen and it’s fine and stays. Sorry Also coconut oils is super high on the comodogenic scale and can make some people break out, a lot.

Packaging and shipping time was good. Instructions were clear and detailed. I was hoping this henna was going to show on my melanin skin (I’m light brown skin) but they don’t. I’ll probably have to get a darker henna to achieve the look for my skin complexion. This henna probably works best on fair light skin.

Tried several times but product did not leave pigment behind. Real henna works after 2 hours. I left this on for over 4 and there was no pigment payoff at all. Tried to reach out to customer service 10 days ago but still no response. Website is red flag city - with only a contact email and site creation date of 2023.

Literally obsessed!! They look so realistic! It cuts my makeup time in half, just add some blush, lashes a tiny bit of concealer and boom, the cutest most simple summer look! Definitely ordering again

love it! so easy to use and freckles look so natural. they last about 5-6 days for me but that's because i chemically exfoliate my face 2x a week. so it would probably last longer if you don't do that. i always just freeze my henna between uses and it lasts me months!!
