My wife has commented what a fine product it is and how well the various pads work. Her only concern is that the stainless steel handle adds weight to the mop.”

I don't need steam cleaning, pads that need replacing or the $100 plus price tag of products like the Shark Genious, (I have a Shark vacuum by the way) etc. This mop I bought is simple, lightweight, stores easily, adjustable length if you need it...Even extra pads are fairly priced and the free shipping on all orders is nice. There's just nothing to not like. Maybe if you expect way too much from the mop you may be disappointed but that's not the products fault.”
