“I have been using this for over a week now to help with my anxiety. I had just started a new job and get nervous/anxious when being the 'new guy' this oil definitely helped me feel less anxious and has helped my daily anxiety so far. I'm extremely happy with the results and shall definitely continue to use it. It doesn't taste very nice, but you soon get used to it.”

Thanks for your wonderful review Louise - so glad it helped you get over 'new guy' nerves. The taste isn't for everyone! My only tip there is to add a few drops of vanilla essence or another flavouring you enjoy to the bottle to sweeten it :)

“An effective product that is beautifully packaged and presented. Clear usage instructions and genuine direct support from the sellers if you need any help or guidance. The oil itself is effective and helped with my anxiety and stress almost immediately. It does taste quite oily but you get used to that.”

“I struggle with an anxiety disorder and was looking for something to help me that I could take each day. This oil is amazing, I got instant relief on first use. I think I will go for the stronger oil eventually, but this really helps me to settle down. Thank you Mindful Extracts!”
