“The oil is thick and herby, not a great taste but not horrible. I did as suggested and held a couple of drops under my tongue for a couple of minutes. It definitely relaxed me and I had a good sleep. I won't use everyday but when I feel a bit overwhelmed it's nice to know there is something I can reach for.”

“This product was recommended for anxiety in The Telegraph, so I purchased it for my daughter who suffers from high anxiety.
