“I purchased an electronic gift card but the recipient has not received the card. So, I stopped in at the store asking about it. I was told that I should call the customer service number. I have called the customer service number a few times and nobody picks up. So I left voicemails with my name and order number. I have not received a call back. I also emailed and got an auto reply but nothing after that. I am disappointed for this was for a birthday.”
