“It provides much more detailed information about your hormones than a regular test strip. The only frustrating thing for me at this point was that the app and the Mira device were not always connecting so my results weren’t always transferred.”

We suggest you turn on the Analyzer by pushing its button, opening the Mira App, and making sure the Analyzer and App are connected before each test (inserting the test wand into the analyzer). A "connected" indicator will be shown on the Mira App home screen beside the "Mira" logo. If the issue persists, please feel free to send us an email via support@miracare.com, we are more than happy to do whatever works best for you.
