Our hormone fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycles. The pattern of the curve is more important than the absolute value. When ovulation happens, you should see a sudden increase in LH concentrations, although the peak value can vary greatly. To clarify, even if the LH levels are relatively low but there is a sizable increase of the LH level, one can still be ovulating.

Please allow me to tell you how to understand the fertility score.
It is normal to see a relatively higher fertility score when you are in the predicted fertile window even if your hormones may be relatively low at that time. When the hormone value higher than the baseline that is measured for the first time in a cycle, the fertility score will be 10, and the corresponding fertile window will be adjusted.
If you are not in a fertile window and the measured LH value is lower than the value of the ovulation day, the fertility score given by Mira's algorithm will be relatively low. Therefore, for the same value, according to whether it is measured in the fertile window, the fertility score is different.
The fertility score dynamically changes according to your test results. The cycle prediction on the Mira app will get more accurate over time, predicting your ovulation based on a combination of period data and hormone tests. Please, continue testing on the testing days shown on the app's calendar.

We are launching progesterone test wands later this year. Progesterone confirms if ovulation has happened already and this is very useful for people who try to avoid pregnancy in a natural way. Meanwhile, our hCG test is in development right now. It will be able to not only confirm pregnancy but also tracking fetal growth and miscarriage. All of these test wands work perfectly with the existing Mira Analyzer.
