Sorry to hear that you have an issue with Mira! This is not the experience we want you to have! Could you please try to reset the Analyzer by pushing the pinhole at the back of it? If the issue persists again, please feel free to send us a picture or video of the issue via support@miracare.com. We will look into your case and do whatever works best for you!

“So far I am really enjoying using Mira. Unlike normal LH tests, it gives exact values which is really helpful for someone who has irregular cycle lengths. The only downside I’ve noticed so far is the shipping times for wands are pretty terrible.”
