Thanks for sharing your concern. We recommend that our customers use their first-morning urine for the test. If that's not applicable, you can test anytime as long as you avoid drinking any liquid for at least 2 hours before testing, and make sure you test at about the same time every day. The amount of liquid intake can negatively impact the test results. Simply keep testing by following the testing days shown on the App to look for your LH surge. When ovulation happens, you should see a sudden increase in LH concentrations, although the peak value can vary greatly. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your fertility journey!
