“I felt like I wasn’t really getting my money’s worth. I went to cancel after my first box and was informed that there was a $20 cancellation fee hidden away on their faq page. I have since told all brides-to-be to watch out for this and many that were on the edge to try it decided not to. I got to lower my number of boxes but ultimately I just have tons of little junk.”

Our service is designed to bring joy and happiness and we are trying to keep every Bride on the bright side. As any other bridal subscription boxes, we have a cancellation policy that clearly described on our FAQ page (please, look at the point "What is your cancellation policy?" https://misstomrsbox.com/faq/). Also, we have many options to customize the subscription by your needs. I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our Boxes. This is a very rare case, as we are getting 96% positive feedback from our customers. We have been improving items monthly since we launched last year. I believe we came a long way, but clearly, we still have things to improve. Unlike other subscription boxes, we took on a journey to actually design and create our own products. We would really appreciate it if you write to our customer service so we can find the better solution about this situation and I hope you will be happy about the final result. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

“The items in the boxes are great and so much fun to get every month, but the shipping seems to take forever. The money comes out of my account at the beginning of the month but I don't get my box until 2-3 weeks later. Also, whenever I get a shipping email with tracking info, the package always comes after the expected arrival date. Just a little frustrating to pay and then have to wait weeks for the box.”

Please, let me explain the shipping process. Boxes are shipped, approx in 10-14 days after the payment day from our warehouse to the USPS. After the USPS got all the boxes they start to scan them and update the tracking info and then we are able to send you the shipping confirmation. Usually, you are getting an automatical email with tracking info on the next Monday after the Box is shipped. Then in 5 - 7 working days they will deliver the box to your address. Sorry to hear that your boxes come after the expected arrival date. Unfortunately, the shipping process is completely not under our control, but USPS's. I understand your frustration but hoping for your understanding. We will be gladly to change the shipping frequency for your subscription to more often if it will be more suitable for you. We are sorry for the waiting!
