“Honestly out of all the boxes I may be like five or six things they are very cheap products and what is displayed when you first sign up I yet to have seen it. I actually had a piece cake topper that was broken and messaged them and they sent me a cheap flamingo floating thing. I mean if you’re young 20s newly engaged this might be OK but I really don’t recommend it”

Hi Jennifer! Our items are designed for fun and letting good memories after wedding preparation. Sorry for that! We try our best to put the best items for our brides! We plan to upgrade our items in the nearest future. They will become more suitable for all brides. The price for our boxes is pretty low but we try to put quality items to every box.

“The items in the box overall are great, however I find that things like a sleeping mask, hair bands, a cap isn’t really of great use in my opinion. I personally would like to receive items that can be used specifically for wedding planning purposes and day of.”

“Its the best thing I've ever gifted myself with. Photos are soon to be uploaded on Instagram. I also had my best friend and my cousin on the subscription. You guys are genious. Soon gonna make a video for you guys and tag you. I would love that.”

“I gave this as a gift to my daughter and she loved it! We would FaceTime every month when she opened it seeing she lives in another state. A moment that we both looked forward too.”

“There were so many items that did not fit me and were unusable, like slippers, a robe, a wide brimmed hat, etc. Do not purchase this box if you are a plus size lady or you will be disappointed. This was an absolute waste of money and not being able to cancel it and get a refund of my prepayment felt scummy. I would not recommend this box to anyone.”

Anyway, we have a cancellation policy that clearly described on our FAQ page (please, look at the point "What is your cancellation policy?" https://misstomrsbox.com/faq/). Also, we have many options to customize the subscription by your needs. We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our Boxes. This is a very rare case, as we are getting 96% positive feedback from our customers.
