“I love my red light panel! I had been a strong supporter of light therapy for several years already. When I first got interested, handheld models were becoming available. If there were larger units I really didn't pay to much attention because cost was so prohibitive and they were usually made for professional use. I loved light therapy but those small hand held units are time consuming and tedious to use. As time progressed I kept my eye on technology and falling prices for the consumer. Dont get me wrong, a good brand still is not what I would call cheap but they are alot better than the old professional prices. After lots and lots of research I purchased the Mito Pro 1500. There was an independent video I watched along with an indepth explanation all about light, wavelengths, you name it. (Wish I had a link for you) Several recognizable name brands were tested in many categories. I admit some of the mathematics were above my head but after all was said and done the Mito light came out on top. It won in the majority of categories putting best overall. So now that I had my brand I needed to decide on size and which of their 3 model types I wanted and could afford. I was looking for both cosmetic benefit and pain/inflammation issues. I found a great deal on payments with split it and decided to Go Big, or at least as best I could. I use my panel at least 5 out of 7 days and that is by far the most relaxing time I get to myself. Cosmetically, I see a healthy glow and clear skin and apparently so do others because they have commented on it and I admit I love when they do. I have Planter Fashiitis and put my feet up to the light to soothe the pain. I have to pull my workout bench up to lay on then another stool which is a bit higher to put my feet up to the light. Not ideal but that's how I have to make it work for me. You see this is not a flimsy piece of equipment it is well made and has some weight to it. It has a pully system to raise and lower it. I have it on a closet door in my workout room but the Only Con for me is I find it difficult to use the pully. I can't seem to lift with one hand and release the rope with the other. It may not be an issue for a stronger, larger male....So I have to work around not being able to move it. With that in mind, I would love to have a stand so I could lay on the floor for my feet and another panel to add to the height so I could stand for full body cosmetic benefits.(which is why I wanted a tall panel.)For me, this is my ONLY disappointment. So if you're on the fence Go For It ! Figure out what you want to use it for then choose your size and model and features accordingly. But a word of advice, if you see yourself using it to address many issues and your budget allows do yourself a favor and get a stand and a tall setup.”
“Im very happy with my red light. I use it every evening and have noticed an improvement in my sleep. I also use it on my sore arthritic joints and it helps alleviate my pain.”
