Mobile Outfitters Lebanon worst experience: After trying hard to reach to mobile outfitters Lebanon office, and sending emails and calling and revisiting their point of sales, I am sharing my experience here maybe I can get and answer!!! On the 30th of August 2020, I went to Mobile Outfitters Beirut City Center point of sale to put protection for my Apple Watch series 5 Aluminum. Your sales person advised and offered me to use the top (screen) and bottom (back side of the watch) by glossy protection and the sides by Matt protection to keep the watch look like original as if nothing on. This was exactly what I was looking for, so I confirmed and asked this service although I will have to pay extra fees for it to reach the total amount of 42$. Since the 30th of August, I only had the opportunity to wear my new watch 3 times because the Matt protection on the side is not sticking correctly.. on the 5th of September 2020, I went back to Mobile outfitters City Center point of sale to the same sales person telling him what I’ve been through, so he Took of the sides and put them in the UV drawer (same ones not new ones) and put them on again saying that this should work. Since Saturday the 5th of September I couldn’t wear the watch at all because the side protection is not sticking correctly!! I don’t know If when you say you protect our devices, you mean by putting them a side not using them at all and by then it will be well protected!! How much should I pay more to get my watch protected and able to be used?! After trying to go back and forth several times, what should be the action now?!

Team this is to bring to your notice that your only outlet in the state of Meghalaya,india is overcharging for all your products.i realised so after visiting one of your outlets outside the state.replacement under warranty is charged at ₹500 and brand new installation is ₹2000.please feel free to contact me via email.i will be taking this up with the consumer court as well as this shop owner never seems to get rid of this habit of overcharging.all receipts of payment are available with me if required...a very disappointed customer. Very bad experience, after few months the folie fall off on few places on my P30 Pro and they wanted 40 euros for the exchange no matther of the lifetime warranty.

I got my apple watch cover installed but I repeatedly came to visit their shop as cover was not fixed properly. always found bubbles on it.They didn\'t even replace it when i came back in few days. In my 2nd visit for the same issue, they asked me to pay for the service charge coz they said the cover needs to be replaced. I am not satisfied with the service. Paying for 84dhs for the first time and keep coming back for the same issues. I didn\'t have any choice so I asked them to replace it.After 2 days, I found again the bubbles on the cover. Its really waste of time/money for me to keep coming back for the same issues. Installed in Sharaf DG city centre 2nd time visit and they tried to fix it- Carrefour city centre 3rd visit- Replaced in Carrefour city centre

I had an experience but not great. I visited your outlet in City Center Sharjah, UAE. Your male representative misbehaved with me really bad. I had installed your solution few weeks ago for my phone and it came off real quick. I just asked your team why it’s coming off in real quick. His response was go get your old piece. I said ok and brought it back from the car. He then said I don’t know why you have caused so much dirt. He then was not interested to do business and threw the piece back at me. I tried to get his name from the badge, he removed the badge and put it in his pocket and came off the cabin and stood chest to chest as if he wants to hit me. I was so disheartened and disappointed the way how you guys treat the customer despite all my phones used your solution. This has happened on 30th Aug 2020.
