Hi, This is one of the worst products I have ever seen. I got my iPhone protected by your kiosk at Giga Mall in Rawalpindi, Pakistan and later after a month or so I was coming out of my car and iPhone fell down from just a 2 feet height and screen got broken. Tell me now who would pay for it? Regards

Really unhappy. Went to one of the stores yesterday and showed them my phone and how the bumper had snapped in the same place that it did last time I needed it replaced, showed how I had the fusion on the front and the back of my phone and the lady told me to come in today to get it replaced. I came in today after removing the screen and back of the phone and the SAME lady as yesterday told me now that they won’t cover it over warranty because I removed the back. Then the lady was rude and gave me attitude about reading terms and conditions but she mentioned nothing when I spoke to her about it the day before. She said she remembered me and even remembered when I got it first installed but wouldn’t help me. Would not recommend

Extremely disappointed with the product. I bought a clear coat Matte finish for my oneplus 6T on 6th Nov 2019, in Mangalore, India from Yas Gadget Solutions. I was informed of 100% satisfaction about the product, smudge free and if fails I will get a free replacement. By December 2019 it was scratched, and smudged. Very visibly. I was unable to visit Mangalore, till today. I was charged Rs. 2000/- for the product. And within 2 months of installing an expensive guard, the product failed for me. Now your franchisee wants me to pay Rs. 300/- to \"replace\" a defective product? .. What service costs are you calculating? If i was shipping the product to you and getting it shipped to me, i would understand shipping costs. But here I am coming to your doorstep and filing a warranty replacement. The Charge works to 15% of the cost of the product as \"service charge\" for replacement of the product? How is it \"free replacement? \".. How is it military grade if it fails in 60 days of installation?

I visited the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading town centre in order to replace my phone protective case. I was served by Mariam who essentially did a fantastic job protecting my iPhone case and performed the task in a meticulous manner which meant that it was free of any odd edges or misalignments. I was very satisfied with the end product which was for a great price and thank Marian for her brilliant hand eye coordination and protecting my phone. I had a very bad experience with the quality of the product, i have installed the fusion screen protector for my iphone 11 pro here in egypt 3 days ago and i have already replaced it 3 times till now due to the bad quality of the screen it gets scratched from day one !! The team here in egypt is so helpful and they are trying to help me replacing the fusion screen but the quality of the product is so so so bad i thought that i paying a lot to get a good quality but apparently this is not happening i will never ever recommend mobile outfitters to anyone i know !!

I purchased a skin/image print for a phone case. It cracked and chipped off the same day I picked it up. I went back to the Vaughan Mills location to show the rep and he said it was probably exposed to alcohol. The case is owned by a 14 year old and never exposed to any liquid. It started peeling before we got home. Awful quality, extremely poor customer service. I just peeled the entire thing off and didnt need my nails, it was that easy.
