“Have had Mobile Help for a year (May 2019-May 2020) for my dad. Mobile Help told us the Fall Detection Pendant was very sensitive... and they were right. Laying it down on the table set off the alert, dad did not respond to the Base Station, so they called a neighbor and 911... impressive. Since then, we've tested it every 3 months by dropping it on carpeting or by pressing the button, and Mobile Help responds on the Base Station within seconds. They recently sent us an updated Fall Detection Pendant and called to make sure we received it. Customer Service is very helpful. After a year, Dad only wanted the regular wrist button, not the Fall Detection Pendant. I called Customer Service and they gave concise instructions on how to return the Pendant and refunded part of our monthly Fall Detection Payment before I returned the actual Pendant. For a year, have used their Customer Service more than the alert button and am very happy with their service.”
