“Your rep went above and beyond when helping me set up an account for my mother. Unfortunately, the mobile help equipment was delivered to my home instead of my mother’s home. I had to turn around and ship it to my mothers home which took longer for her to receive it and cost me almost $30.”

“I tested device when first received. Response was immediate. Mom accidentally triggered the alarm another time. Again, response was quick This is of great comfort knowing your system works like it's suppose to.”

“On 12/25/19 I discovered my 92 year old father not in his townhouse when I tried to visit him at 11 am. Everything was in disarray and I was terrified until an ER nurse contacted me that paramedics (who had been alerted by MobileHelp) had delivered him to the ER. I had to wait until Customer Service was open after the holiday 12/26 to find out I had not been called as his emergency contact because they didn’t have me ( or anyone) listed as such despite the fact I had given my name and information TWICE. Eventually they admitted someone made an error by leaving out those facts when updating paperwork. When I protested that was not acceptable, the worker spoke to her supervisor who offered one free month service. I find that reprehensible! I was extremely disappointed and insulted.”
