“I was supposed to receive a label to return the device, i called several time and was told yes it will be sent. I NEVER RECEIVED THE RETURN MAILING Label”

“We are fairly new to Movilehelp, but so thankful we had them on a recent trip out of town. We were able to give the address we were staying at to Mobilehelp. My Mom did have a fall but my brother was able to cushion her fall with his body. I was in the house and they were coming in through a sliding glass door when she fell. I ran to them- they were both on the cement patio and didn't think to stop the Mobilehelp! Long story short the EMTs arrived quickly and all was well. I wasn't sure the fall technology would work but now I am a true believer! Thank you Mobilehelp!”
