“It took us a little to understand all the different buttons and when and how to use each. But after a number of false alarms due to things that we weren't doing correctly or dropping the buttons we quickly caught on to what we were doing. And then it made us more confident of the entire system and that it worked very well. The respondents were extremely nice and patient and encouraging. Our fear that emergency vehicles would show up with sirens blaring because we couldn't get the call to cancel was unfounded. The operators took care of everything and we are no longer nervous of the system.”
