“I have had my Duo system for a month and I am very happy with it. The base station AND the mobile unit work great. I always wear the help pendant when in and around the house and yard. When I leave the premises I always wear the mobile unit. The base station and mobile unit have a good speaker and I can hear and speak to an agent with ease. The GPS is very accurate for the mobile unit. I really like my only account Mobile Connect to put in information about me and also to check events, location and GPS on a map. Customer service and technical help have been outstanding. They are always very polite and patient and will find the answer to my questions. It is a great comfort have the Duo system for home and when away from home.”

“I am happy with the choice of devices I have received. Even the cute little hang tag for my door knob that says"I want to go tool." It's a good reminder and I get a kick out of it.”

“I purchased a device for my Mother. I misunderstood the operation of the unit. As soon as I opened the package, I realized the unit would not work where my Mother lives. I requested and received a prompt return authorization and a refund of the subscription service.”

“I recently received my MobileHelp equipment and was surprised at how easy it was to set up and operate. The knowledgeable salesperson tailored the package to my specific requirements, (I can't wear a transmitting device around my neck, so we went with the watch, for example), and it arrived very quickly. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the product, the service since then, and the price was reasonable. A great value, considering its' importance.”

“I have felt so safe using MobileHelp. I recently realized how much I relied on my husband to help me. He got very sick and ended up in the hospital.
