“The entire application process was very easy . Setting up was so simple . However I was unsure about the activation part and called support to walk me through. The person was very patient and helpful. I still am apprehensive about the monthly test. When it comes up I will call just one more time for assist.”

“Everyone at MobileHelp was very professional and friendly. The only reason I returned mine is that I don't need it yet. My daughter wanted me to get it but I'm just not old enough yet. “I’ve been very pleased. Purchase was easy. Came in quickly and we’ll packaged. Very easy to set up and staff walked me thru the testing of all items. Very easy to use with simple steps. My cat decided to push the pretty button so I had my first false alarm. They were very quick to answer and so nice about the error.”

“This was a service I had looked at for a long time. My agent was wonderful and fulfilled everything she said she would do. This week I accidentally bumped my button while closing the curtains. I did not even know I had! The lady who called me made sure I was safe and that there was not anyone else in the house who might have called for help. The help and concern seem truly genuine. I have shown/told several others about it.”
