“I accidentally pushed the button on my wrist bracelet and the operator came right on wanting to make sure everyone was ok! Even when I said it was a mistake she asked again. The instant reaction was so reassuring and the operator was so kind. I feel much safer now that I have this system and have recommended it to friends.”
