“I purchased the system with a Base Station, mobile device, emergency button, wrist band and fall detection pendant. This was actually my second purchase. The first one, from another company, was completely unreliable. Since these devices can be a matter of life and death and must work 100% of the time, I returned it. The MobileHelp sytem has been totally reliable for all components, and we got more devices at a lower price than my first purchase. If there is a con, the mobile device doesn't last quite as long (about 2 days) as advertised. That said, I have recommended MobileHelp to all of my friends that live alone.”

“I recently purchased the Mobile Help alert system. I feel secure knowing that if I fall & can't get up, they will be alerted & I will get help. So far, I have not had to use it. I like that even when I am away from home, with the UPS, I will be able to get help no matter where I am.”

“I got my fall bottom was outside doing thing for bending.I didn't no when off. They call emt and then my son. I didn't need help what happen necklace was to long. What happen after a certain distance from ground when off as a fall. I call and ask they give me the information just written. They then told me how to adjust it. So I would say they did a great job”
