“Have had MobileHelp for only a short time. Hope I never have to use it. However, they have thought of everything. I can use it in the bathroom, golf course, shopping, absolutely everywhere I go. My family and I feel safe. I know help is always near. This is the BEST BUY for my money.”

“The customer service was frustrating as I received a phone call daily until completing the purchase regardless of stating that I needed time to go over the details with my dad whom the system was purchased for. The system itself was easy to set up and has provided a sense of security for my dad and me given his current living situation.”

“My 95 year old father in law started falling quite frequently, so I checked into several systems and decided on MobileHelp. 3 days after I installed the unit, I got a call at 4:50am saying the alarm had gone off and EMTs had been dispatched. He woke up and was not feeling well, pushed the pendent button and less than 15 minutes was on his way to the hospital. Diagnosis-congestive heart failure. MoblieHelp was very prompt in their response, their equipment performed as advertised and the people are very professional. Even though we purchased the system for his falling, MobilHelp’s quick response greatly increased his chances for survival. I highly recommend them.”
