“Competent, friendly staff know their job and do it very well. Great product, great service at reasonable costs. My only complaint is the excessively loud robo voice which overrides the emergency responders' voice - minor annoyance.”

“I checked out medical alert companies very carefully. MobileHelp was rated "tops". I recently got the system because I have a disabled son who lives with me. I've only had the system a short time, and, luckily, haven't had to use it yet. However, pushed an alert button, by accident, removing it from the packaging. The dispatcher responded "immediately". Great to know.”
