“I accidentally hit the button. Of course the alarm went on. I yelled that I was fine and went on my way. I made a couple of outgoing phone calls so did not hear the phone ring. A few minutes later, security from my complex and the 911 guys showed up. I am glad I am fine, but it was nice to know that the pendant really works!”

“The equipment is great--I love the fact that I can just grab my little GPS and go. The wrist band will work with either the base unit or the transportable GPS which is no bigger and doesn't weigh any more than my other transmitter which had to hang around my neck 24-7. The new transmitter (to wear around your neck) is lightweight as is the wrist band which resembles a wrist-watch. I am very pleased with my MobileHelp. watch”

“My devices arrived quickly. I had accidentally ordered the duo instead of the solo. I called immediately and was directed in the setup for one. I was sent an envelope in which to return the extra device at no cost. I'm very happy with everything, although I don't have my refund yet.”
