“The reason for just 4 stars ,is the base station ,only get,s a minimal signal,but AT&T does not a good cell service , where I live. The only time mydevice was activated, was a false alarm, so I don,t have much to report on, and then your response was prompt.”

“We had another “HELP” system ; constantly was being called for false alarms, even in the middle of night! Woke our neighbors up once w/ a false alarm!!!! I am thrilled w/ my new duo system!!! I wear the GPS like I did my beeper years ago( b4 we had cell phones )!”

“Thank goodness I have not had a medical emergency but I lost my mobile device and I cannot say enough about the help I got. The agent was Shay and she went over and above to locate it. We were on the phone for 1 and a half hour until she located it. I have bragged enough about MobileHelp that I have 3 people that want information on how to get it.”

“I knew I had to get something to help my mother who lives on her own and her closest neighbors are at least a quarter mile away. My mother setup the equipment on her own “ she is by no means tech savvy”. Two days after she set the equipment up, she got pneumonia, she couldn’t even get out of bed to make a phone call so she pressed the necklace button and within 30 minutes had EMT at her house. She truly believes that MobileHelp saves her life. She has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now and should be released within a couple of days. Thank you MobileHelp your system is exactly what we were looking for.”

“After my husband passed away several months ago, I jokingly asked my friend how long she thought it would be before my kids told me to get an alert device.
