“I have been with MobileHelp less than a month, but I am pleased so far. I have been wearing the wristband 24/7 and it is very comfortable. I have a necklace, but haven’t worn it yet. Those I have spoken to with MobileHelp have been helpful and very nice.”

“This company is amazing... I just ordered this for my mom approximately a month ago... She has set it off twice... The first time she did it, she was outside and they couldn't hear her so the ambulance was sent to find her ok...They notified me as well... This company has gone over & above on different occasions... They are extremely friendly & professional!... I am very pleased with my decision to use this company! Maryse”

“Everyone was very cooperative and I had only two false alarms...once when fall sensor fell off my neck and hit the floor and once when I pulled my shirt off and it started beeping. Feel much safer. Thank you.”

“So far we have been extremely happy with MobileHelp. Tech support has been awesome answering all my questions, even answered questions I hadn’t asked yet!! Very helpful during setup as well. Setup is very easy anyway but there are a few aspects that the general public doesn’t really think about, tech support offered up the information without my having to ask. We have not had an incident yet so I can only say that based on service to this point, I have complete confidence that everything will be handled appropriately.”

“I have fallen two times, once tripping over a branch and once getting out of a chair, both my own fault for not picking up my feet but MobileHelp called me both times and were told I was okay. I appreciate their quick response and I'm glad to know they are there for me.”
