“Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I would recommend using this company for your medical alert needs. They explained their product and then had me check competitors to check what they had to offer. They made the whole process easy. Unfortunately after only having the system for a few weeks my mom had to leave her home and was put in hospice. The return process was so easy and again the customer service people were outstanding.”

“It took me a bit to get used to my new life alert . It works . One thing I don't like is when you have it hanging down , bump something by accident it goes off . I gotta get the directions out to find out how to cancel my false alarm . So far no other complaints .”

“I was impressed how quickly I got my GPS mobile applience. I called to report I dropped my monitor. they where very business like and had new one delivered within couple days. Also they called for followup to check if was working correctly..... thank you”
