“I am new to MobileHelp and have not had an emergency. However, I am extremely satisfied so far. Just prior to the equipment arriving, they sent me a user id and password. When it came, I logged on, followed the instructions and contacted them. They directed me in setting everything up and then testing it to make sure everything is working. They have been efficient, pleasant and easy to deal with. Somehow, I inadvertently hit a button by accident. I received a call immediately and, of course, apologized and they basically said "if you're ok, no problem."”

“I have had this product for a month. So far, I accidentally leaned over and pushed the button. The response was immediate! The responders are very professional. I hope I never actually need it, but it does give me peace of mind because I live alone. The salesperson was very personable and knowledgeable.”

“After experiencing a full blown false fall alarm at 7am, the support team at MobileHelp were wonderful. The team member I talked to gave multiple suggestions to prevent another false alarm. She understood how confusing the equipment can be for my 96 year old mother and helped us simplify the instructions into an if...then statement. “If the alarms activate and you are fine, then press a blue button and hold until the lights and noise stop. “ This one instruction restored my mother’s confidence that she can handle this new (second day with the fall button) technology. There are more steps for her to learn, but I (we) will succeed with the help of the MobileHelp Support Team.”

“The Mobile Help system is a great system it just didn't work for my Dad he kept setting the alarm off and when the voice came on the base he couldn't understand them. He is 90 and has a tiny voice so the device could not hear him. He is also hard of hearing so he couldn't hear them. We will continue to research what is best for him.”
