“I am pleased with the service. My only complaint is that the necklace is not easy to wear. The first time I wore it I bent over to get something from a cabinet and it said that I had fallen. The second time I wore it I leaned toward the table and it recorded that I had pressed the button so the length was inconvenient. Now I wear the wrist band.”

“So far service has been fine. Everything was delivered as promised by Carmelo. The system was easy to set up and testing went well. I have not had to use the system, but have had no problems with it.”

“poor not in the sense of service because my mom never assembled the device during the time she had it, but when I returned the equipment because my mom did not want it any longer the refund was so incredibly low it was ridiculous.”
